Tariff 2008
We are open from 1 May to 1 October - the charge PER ROOM per week is £532 (£38 per person per night based on a max. of two persons sharing). The above prices include our 'self service' breakfast.

Children
Children aged 10 and over are welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept pets.

Service of Rooms
Rooms are serviced daily and in line with our 'environmentally friendly' policy the frequency of towel and linen changes is entirely at our Guests discretion.

Arrival/Departure
Rooms are available from 1.30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Guests are ofcourse, welcome to leave their luggage at 'Eastbank' if arriving earlier or departing later than these times.

Non Smoking Policy
To ensure the comfort of all Guests, 'Eastbank' is strictly a non-smoking establishment.

Terms & Conditions
1). A deposit of 25% of the total cost of accommodation is required to secure the booking and should be returned with your completed booking form, the balance of the cost of the accommodation being required one calander month prior to commencement of your holiday.

2). If at any time a booking is cancelled, any sums paid will be non-refundable if it is not possible to re-let the room for that period. Holiday cancellation insurance is for this reason strongly recommended. ( An insurance proposal form can be provided).

3). In the unlikely event of the accommodation becoming unavailable for any reason for the period of the booking, our liability is limited to the refunding of any sums paid.

4). Completion of the booking form implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
